Individual Registration

Early Bird Registration Fee: $7.50 USD per student

Individual registration stage: October 10-25

Regular Registration Fee: US $15 USD per student.

Individual registration stage dates: October 26 - November 13

The registration form closes automatically on November 13 EST (GMT-5), 23:59.

No registrations will be accepted after this time.


Team registration

Register your team here.

It is the responsibility of the team leader to register the team and its members with the correct emails.

A full team consists of 2, 3, or 4 students in total.

November 1-15th EST (GMT-5), 23:59.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

The case study subject will be released to registered participants on Saturday, November 19 by 23:59 EST (GMT-5).

REGIONAL ROUND INFORMATION

PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT

Teams must submit a PDF presentation for review

  • Decks can be a maximum of 12 Google Slides, including the appendix and title slides.
  • 1 title slide should contain: team name and region you compete for
  • Case solution: each team may have a maximum of six (6) case solution slides.
  • Appendix: an appendix should be included in slides after the presentation and can contain additional market research that can be referenced during the presentation and Q&A. The appendix itself will not be graded. Each team may have a maximum of five (5) appendix slides.

Judges will review submitted presentation based on following criteria:

  • Issue diagnostic, analysis of issues, scope of innovation in recommendations, metrics/validation

72 teams (6 regions with 12 teams per region) advance to next stage

REGIONAL VIDEO

The top 12 submissions from each region (72 teams overall) will be invited to the regional round.

Regional round includes: your case solution video presentation, including team introduction and helicopter view on the case solution from team.

  • All team members must speak and be visible in video
  • Video must not exceed 5 minutes
  • 12 teams (top 2 teams per region) advance to global finals

Team should submit the link to their video published on Youtube or alternative video hosting. Make sure your video is accessible to everyone on the internet or anyone with a link.

FINAL ROUND INFORMATION

Final Round Case will be released Dec. 7

Global final presentations will take place during the virtual event

GCC 2022 will share guidelines for presentations and additional finals round information for with finalists

Assessment Criteria

  • Slide Deck Marks: Issue diagnostic, analysis of issues, scope of innovation in recommendations, metrics/validation
  • Presentation Marks: Engaging speaking, teamwork, Q&A
